Christians have been charged to consider their destination after death.Rev. Chidi Okorafor, of Assemblies of God Church gave this charge during the burial service of late Deacon Joel Ndubuisi Nwosu of Nkata- Okpuala in Okaiuga Nkwoegwu, Umuahia North LGA.
The clergy who took his bible reference from first Thessalonica chapter four verse nineteen, charge Christians to have the mindset that they are tenants on earth, stressing that the landlord will demand his property one day.
He described the deceased as a devoted Christian who served his church and humanity with integrity.
Deacon, Nwosu, before his demise was a former Deputy Chairman of Umuahia North LGA, Chairman of Umuahia Mass Transit and Enyimba mass transit in Umuahia Abia State.
On his part, the president General of Okaiuga Nkwoegwu Improvement Union, comrade Uzomba Ekwuribe described the demise of Deacon Ndubisi Nwosu as a great loss to the community as he prays God to console Okaiuga Nkwoegwu people as well as the bereaved families.
In appreciation to the crowd that honored the burial, the first son of the deceased Mr. Enyinnaya Nwosu described his father as a man of truth who served his community, church, and Abia State while he was alive, pledging that the family will follow his good legacies.
