Photo News: Meeting on the Implementation of Governor’s Directive to Suspend Collection of Revenues in Abia Markets

Sequel to the directive of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu to suspend payment and collection of consolidated revenue in all markets in the state till June 2023, the management of Abia State Ministry of Trade & Investment met with representatives of Abia State Board of Internal Revenue Service led by the AG Chairman, Mr Okoronka and all the Chairmen of Market Committees in the state to fine tune modalities for immediate implementation. 

Sir Mac Atasie and Dr Katchi who are experts in tax matters were also present during the meeting held at the state Secretariat. 

Permanent Secretary of the state’s ministry of trade and investment, Sir Michael Egwu, its Directors of Finace and Commerce were also present.
