A popular gospel music minister, Osinachi Egbu (SINACH) and her husband Joseph Egbuhave commended Governor Alex Otti’s vision in governance which has transformed Abia State into a leading State in various sectors of the economy.

Mrs. Egbu spoke on Friday, shortly after visiting the Governor, Alex Otti, in his Umuehiem Nvosi, Isialangwa South LGA Country Home.

She said the visit was intended to commend for his support towards a medical outreach organized by Joseph and Sinach Egbu Foundation held in Aba the commercial hub of the state.

She commended the Otti’s administration for what she described as intentional, visionary, and people-centered governance.

The gospel music icon and the husband, who are indigene of Abia State, were deeply impressed by the visible changes across the State, describing Otti as an “intentional Governor” whose developmental strides are evident in infrastructure, environmental renewal, and citizens engagement.

She said, “We are from Abia, and we are seeing what the governor is doing. They are exemplary things. We came to say thank you for his visionary work and to let him know that we truly appreciate it.

“He is such an intentional governor. And we have seen the things he’s doing. And we just came to say thank you. This is just to say, thank you for your visionary work. We just want to say that we are seeing what he’s doing.

“We are actually seeing what he’s doing. And we came to appreciate him. And also to thank him for the medical support”, the gospel artist stated.

She said Otti has provided critical medical support that has enabled their foundation to carry out life-saving interventions for Abia residents.

Highlighting areas of transformation, Osinachi Egbu pointed out the improved road networks, cleaner and more vibrant environments, the introduction of electric buses, and the increased public participation in governance as evidence of the Governor’s achievements.

“You can feel that the state of the environment has improved, and people are now more involved in what is happening in government,” she noted.

She urged the upcoming gospel artistes to remain focused on spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and to stay encouraged at all times, adding that gospel means good news and should be preached in season and out of season.

She also hinted of an upcoming major gospel concert in Abia State, urging fans to watch out for it very soon.

Also speaking Joseph the husband of the gospel artiste, who leads the foundation’s medical mission, described their most recent medical outreach that took place at the School of Health Science & Management Technology, Aba as a major success.

He revealed that over 20 major surgeries were performed, while thousands of people received medical care.

Reflecting on governance in Abia State under Otti, he said that the difference was “incomparable,” adding that Otti’s leadership has redefined governance in the State.

“It feels like Abia is having a governor for the first time,” .

Addressing rumours circulating online about issues in their marriage, Osinachi’s husband strongly dismissed it, describing his wife as his lifelong partner.

“This is my wife, and she will remain my wife forever. I am proud and honoured to be called her husband,” Egbu stated.
