One of the leaders of Abia Freedom Alliance (AFA) and a member of the governing council, Abia State University, professor G.N. Chima, had congratulated the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR on his victory at the supreme court. The professor of Hydrology and Water Resources said the victory is a resounding proclamation of the will of the people; adding that he did not expect less because he was optimistic that the governor won the election with a landslide.
Professor Chima who answering questions by media men of umuahia recently said it is time for the opposition to rest and think of ways to support the good works of Governor otti; while advicing that there should not be any more distractions. In his words: ” The Governor has come to work for a new Abia. He has come to rebuild Abia and bring back it’s lost glory. He is a man of his words. There is no time to accommodate distractions. Let all and sundry support the good works of our God-sent governor “.
Professor Chima also said that Abians will definitely fight whosoever decides to create problems for the governor who God is using to bless Abians. Professor Chima is a former Dean of the faculty of Environmental Studies, Abia State University Uturu and coordinator of Abia Freedom Alliance (AFA) for tertiary institutions.
