Abia PDP SWC member resigns
The Assistant State Organizing Secretary in the Peoples Democratic Party Abia State chapter Commr. Mazi Iheanyichukwu Okorie, has resigned his membership from the party.
Okorie disclosed his decision in a letter addressed to the party’s Ward Chairman in Uzuakoli Ward in
Bende Local Government Area
Abia State on Thursday.
He stated that the decision was made after deep consultations guided by a convictions to
take a decisive step toward a new political direction in the service of his people.

LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM THE PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP)
I write to formally tender my resignation from my position as State Assistant Organizing Secretary, People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Abia State, as well as from my membership of the Party.
This decision follows careful reflection and wide consultations with my family, my people, and my supporters. It has not been taken lightly, but it has become necessary in view of my personal convictions and future political direction.
I remain deeply grateful to the Party for the opportunity accorded me to serve my people in various capacities, particularly in my present role as State Assistant Organizing Secretary. The goodwill, support, and cooperation I received from members across all levels of the Party remain invaluable and sincerely appreciated.
As I take this step, I do so with utmost respect for the Party and its leadership, and I extend my sincere appreciation for the trust and platform given to me over the years.
